Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. Once Top Draw Memorabilia has cleared the funds the order will be processed. We accept Credit Card and Debit card payments using a credit card terminal at our store.
Ordering
An order is considered a legal and binding contract once it has been accepted. Top Draw Memorabilia reserves the right to accept or decline the offer without offering explanations. Acceptance of an order will be notified by e-mail.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch the goods within 7 working days but please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If we cannot dispatch the goods within 14 working days we will notify you and you will be entitled to revise delivery date, exchange or cancel your order.
Cancellations and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return your purchase within 14 days of the dispatch date. The product must be in the original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition. No seals may be broken and complete compliance of storage requirements and instructions must have been met for refund. Goods which have been personalised, or made as a special order may not be returned.
Please note we do not refund postage costs and we charge a handling fee. We will not be held responsible for damage incurred on returning the products. The goods must be packaged adequately and may be insured against loss or theft with correct postage.
The money will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the goods or your purchase may be exchanged.
Errors
If an order has been placed correctly and Top Draw Memorabilia has made an error then the order can be returned and the item replaced with the correct item or your money will be refunded in full.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the order is faulty or damaged on arrival and Top Draw Memorabilia is notified within 48 hours of arrival of the goods and the goods are returned within 14 days of the dispatch date, the money will be refunded in full.
Data Protection and Security
Top Draw Memorabilia will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 ensuring the safety of your personal data.
All credit card transactions are carried out on a secure server which means that the transfer of data between your computer and our server is encrypted.
All stored data will not be passed on to anyone or institution without permission or unless required do to do so by law.
Customer information may be transferred if a sale or transfer of Top Draw Memorabilia assets occurred.
Please maintain your password security. Top Draw Memorabilia cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred by the loss of your password security. If any doubts please contact Top Draw Memorabilia.
Liability
The customer agrees that the use of this website is entirely at the customer's own risk.
We disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation any warranties concerning the data on the website.
We exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount of loss caused directly or indirectly as a result of using this website or websites linked to this website.
We cannot always guarantee the functionality of this website 24 hours a day as there may be need for repairs or maintenance.
